Property websites
A website built for your agency, not picked from a library.
Every HIVE site is designed from scratch, built on WordPress so your own team can edit it, and fed live from the CRM you already use. There is no template tier, because we do not have one.
Every listing shows what is actually around it.
Not a postcode and a pin. A map of the things a buyer is really asking about, plotted against the property itself — schools and their catchments, hospitals and surgeries, stations and journey times, broadband at the address, flood risk, what the property last sold for, and what else has sold on the same street.
A buyer looking at a house has a list of questions the particulars never answer. Most of the time they go and answer them on a portal, in another tab, and you lose the visit. Our property pages answer them where the buyer already is.
Most providers treat this as a product. They licence it in from a third party, add it to the quote, and charge for it every month. We built it instead — so it is on every site we make, it costs nothing extra, and when we add a dataset it appears on every client’s site at once. The sources are public records, not something we pay for by the property.
- Schools, with catchment areas
- Hospitals, GPs and pharmacies
- Stations, bus routes and journey times
- Broadband speeds at the address
- Flood risk
- What the property last sold for
- What else sold on the street, and for how much
Everything an agent calls standard. Included as standard.
The add-on list is where website quotes quietly double. We do not have one.
Search that works like people think
Draw a shape on a map, search a radius from a point, or type a half-remembered street name and get sensible matches instead of zero results.
Your CRM, connected
Street, Alto, Dezrez, Jupix, Apex27 and others. Listings arrive automatically and stay current. Your team carries on working the way it already does.
Property pages that answer the question
Floorplans, EPC graphs, video and virtual tours, the location data above, and the upfront material information the rules now expect.
Area guides, unlimited
Properly structured local pages. The thing that proves you know the patch, and quietly does much of your search work.
Your team, on the site
Named negotiators on listings and branch pages. Agents win instructions on people, not logos.
Calculators
Stamp duty, mortgage repayment and rental yield, kept current with the rates rather than hardcoded and forgotten.
Valuations, both ways
Book a valuation, or an instant estimate if you use one. Either way it routes to whoever handles them.
Enquiries that reach the right inbox
Viewings, offers, callbacks, questions and tenancy applications, each routed where your team actually works, with sales and lettings kept apart.
A CMS your team can use
WordPress. Publish news, edit a page, add an area guide, change a photo. No ticket, no waiting on us, no training course.
Live in weeks, because of what we took out.
Almost all of the cost in a website quote is time. We removed the parts of the process that waste it, not the parts that make the site good.
One working session, not a discovery phase
We agree the spec, the page types and your must-haves in a single call — with the people who will actually build it, not an account manager who relays it.
You see it early, and often
First designs within days, in a browser on a real URL rather than as a PDF. You comment on the thing itself, which is the only way anyone can tell whether it works.
Refinements are part of the build
Changing your mind about a section, a colour or an order of things is normal and there is no change-request form for it. Once you have signed the design off we start building, and from that point a structural change is a conversation rather than an assumption.
Then it goes live
Including the CRM feed, the redirect map from your old site so your rankings survive the move, and the search work.
None of that is a cut-down service. It is the same bespoke design and the same build, reached faster, with fewer people standing between you and it.
What it costs
Every site here is bespoke, and every site includes everything on this page. The price reflects how much there is to build — not how much of the product you get.
£2,500 — most agencies
Sales and lettings, your CRM connected, one or two offices. The design, the property pages, the location data, the search, the content, the SEO. All of it.
£3,000 — a bit more to build
A commercial arm as well. Or a second CRM, because sales and lettings grew up on different systems. Or offices spread across a district rather than sat in one town.
£4,500 — a bigger job
Three or four property types. A page for every development you market. Offices across a county. The kind of site where the navigation is as much of the work as the pages.
We will tell you which of these you are on the first call, before you commit to anything. And if you sit between two, we quote the honest number rather than rounding up.
After that, hosting, your CRM sync, search optimisation worked on every month, updates, backups and someone who answers the phone come to £149 a month for most agencies — more if you carry a lot of stock, and we will tell you which on the same call.
Let us show you what we would do with yours.
Twenty minutes, your CRM and your current site on screen. We will tell you what we would build and what it would cost — and if we are the wrong fit, we will say so.
