Who it’s for

Built for how your agency actually works.

The shape of the site changes a lot depending on what you do. A lettings-only agency needs almost nothing a sales agency needs. A multi-branch group needs structure a single office does not. Here is what changes, and what stays the same.

Letting agents

Landlord and tenant journeys that do not pretend to be sales journeys, the fee display the rules require, and applications that start properly online.

Independent agents

One office, one brand, and the local knowledge that is the whole advantage. Area guides and named people do most of the work.

Multi-branch agencies

Branch pages, enquiries routed to the right office, search that can be filtered by branch, and a structure that does not fall apart at the seventh one.

New agencies

No listings yet, no reviews yet, and a brand that may still be forming. Different problem, and a different first six months.

Commercial agents

Square footage, use class, tenure and rent per square foot. Bedrooms are not a filter, so the search is a different object.

Rural and land agents

Acreage, planning status and access, and maps that do more work than photographs.

Auction houses

Guide and reserve, lot numbers, auction dates and legal packs, with a catalogue that behaves like one.

What does not change

The design is bespoke either way, and everything on the features page is included either way. What varies is which page types you need and how the site is structured — not how much of the product you are allowed.
