Services

A website on its own does not win instructions.

These run alongside the build. Take all of them or none — they are priced separately, and nothing in the website depends on them.

What is already in the website

Worth being clear about this before the list, because a lot of providers sell these back to you.

The technical search work is in the build and the monthly: clean URLs, titles and descriptions written for every page, schema, a sitemap, Core Web Vitals, and a redirect map that protects your rankings when you move. Then a search pass every month, on your actual Search Console data rather than a plugin’s score.

The pages that do your local search work — your standard pages, your service pages, and area guides at a couple a month — are in the monthly too.

What is below is the work that goes beyond that: more content, faster, or in places the website does not reach.

Included, not sold back
  • Technical SEO at build
  • A search pass every month
  • Your standard and service pages written
  • Area guides, two a month, unlimited over time
  • Redirects and migration

What you can add

Area guides, faster

If you want the whole patch covered at launch rather than over the first few months — a multi-office agency often does — we write them as a batch.

Landlord and vendor guides

The content that answers what a landlord or a would-be vendor is actually worried about, which is also what they search for.

Google Business Profile

Set up or straightened out per office, with the details matching your site, which is most of local search.

Ongoing content

Market comment, local news and the market-update pieces vendors read before they pick up the phone.

Email and newsletters

Properly authenticated so it arrives, and built off your own applicant data rather than a bought list.

Paid search and social

Valuation campaigns and listing promotion, run against enquiries rather than impressions.

Tell us which of these you actually need and we will price them individually. We would rather sell you one that works than a bundle you stop reading the reports for.
