Your CRM
Keep the CRM you have. The website connects to it.
Your listings come from the system your team already works in — Street, Alto, Dezrez, Jupix, Apex27 and others — into our sync platform, and onto the site automatically. Changing CRM is a bigger decision than changing website, and nobody should be pushed into one by the other.
How the sync works
Your CRM publishes a feed. We read it, store it, and build your property pages from our own store rather than going back to your CRM every time somebody searches.
That one decision is what makes the rest possible. Draw-a-map and radius search work even where a CRM feed has no concept of either, because the geography is ours. The site stays fast when a portal is slow, because nothing a visitor does depends on your CRM being available. And when a feed breaks at nine o’clock on a Saturday, your site carries on showing the right properties while we fix it.
It also means we can add things your CRM does not send. The location data on every listing is ours, not your CRM’s, which is why it works the same on all of them.
- Setting the feed up with your provider
- Mapping their fields to your site
- Sales and lettings kept properly apart
- Media, floorplans, EPCs and brochures
- Status changes — under offer, let agreed, sold
- Monitoring, and fixing it when it breaks
The systems we connect to
If yours is on this list, the feed is a known quantity and the build is not waiting on anybody.
Street
A modern API rather than a nightly file, so changes reach the site quickly.
Alto
Also sold as Vebra Alto — the same platform, and one integration rather than two.
Jupix
Widely used by independents, and well understood.
Dezrez
Including Rezi. Sales and lettings handled separately where the feed splits them.
Apex27
A newer system with a straightforward feed.
Yours, if it is not here
Tell us which one. We will say honestly whether it is a week or a month of work — and we will not claim to support something we have not built.
If you are thinking of changing CRM anyway
Some agents are. If that is on your list, say so on the first call — it changes what we build and the order we do it in, and it is much cheaper to plan for than to retrofit. We have no stake in which CRM you choose and we do not take commission from any of them, so you will get a straight answer about which feeds are good to work with.
