Property information packs for estate and letting agents
An information pack for every listing, built from the CRM you already use.
i-PACKS is being rebuilt around the move to upfront information. Our sync platform already connects to every major estate agency CRM — it is what feeds the websites we build — so a pack can be generated for every live sales and lettings listing without anyone in the office touching it. What goes into the pack is being redefined alongside the government’s rules, and we will launch when it is right.
In development
Everything you would want to know before you offer — the property, the legal information and the area — in one place, before a penny goes on solicitors.

Every major CRM, already connected
The same sync platform that feeds our websites reads your listings from the CRM you use today. Nothing new for your team to learn.
A pack for every listing
Generated automatically as a listing goes live, and kept current as it changes. Not something a negotiator has to remember to make.
Location data built in
Schools, transport, broadband and the local market around the property, from public sources, on every pack.
Sales and lettings
Lettings gets its own route — the landlord’s questionnaire, your terms and your fees — rather than a sales pack with the words changed.
Coming soon, because the rules are still being written.
Government has set out plans for upfront information at the point of listing: sales packs, digital property logbooks and more certainty earlier in the transaction. Until it confirms what a pack must contain, building to a guess helps nobody — least of all an agent who would then have to change process twice.
So we are doing it in the right order. The infrastructure is built and running. The contents and the process are being decided now, against the rules as they firm up.
Material information is already expected on listings today. That part does not wait for anyone, and i-PACKS is how it will be delivered properly.
- Exactly which data a pack holds
- How seller information is collected
- How TA6 and PIQ answers reach the pack
- The lettings process for landlords
- How packs are shared with buyers and tenants
- How it is priced
What a pack is likely to hold
A working draft. Every line here will be checked against the government’s definition of a sales pack before launch, and the list will change if the rules do.
Photos, floorplan, video, EPC and description, straight from the listing in your CRM. Change the listing and the pack follows.
Council tax, tenure and its costs, utilities, broadband, rights and restrictions — the facts a buyer should have before they enquire, not after an offer.
Tenure, restrictions and covenants from HM Land Registry, surfaced at listing instead of discovered by the buyer’s solicitor weeks later.
The property information questionnaire, shown as the seller gave it. Legal answers appear as recorded, with their source, and are never summarised.
Schools, transport, health and green space around the property, alongside what it last sold for and what has sold nearby.
Address-level, from official sources. Better answered openly on your pack than discovered on somebody else’s site.
Three ways the information could arrive
This is the part we are deciding now, and the answer is probably a mix of all three. Each one is already working somewhere in what we run.
Our sync platform already reads every live listing from your CRM, including the material information fields your team fills in. Whatever is there arrives in the pack without anyone retyping it.
A questionnaire in your branding, sent by email and text when you take the instruction, with what public records already know filled in before they open it. We run this today for an agency, returning the answers to their CRM and their website.
TA6 and property information questionnaire answers through integrations, so the seller answers once and the solicitor is not asking the same questions again.
Whichever route it takes, legal information appears as it was recorded, with its source. Nothing is reworded in a way that could soften a finding.
Be first to see it.
Leave your email and we will show you the first packs built from your own listings, before anyone else. And if you have a view on what a pack should hold, we would like to hear it — this is the stage where it counts.
