HIVE Estate Agency Systems is an independent UK company that builds bespoke websites and conveyancing referral software for estate and letting agents. We have been doing it since 2012, from Herne Bay in Kent, for agents across the UK.
What we do, and what we do not
HIVE started in 2012 running conveyancing referral panels for estate agents, which is where Boost comes from. Over the years we built the systems agents needed around it: a sync platform that reads listings from the main estate agency CRMs, our own store of local property data, and the websites that sit on top of both.
Earlier products, including 360° virtual tours, have been retired so we can concentrate on the three things we do now: property websites, Boost, and i-PACKS, which is in development.
We are independent. HIVE is not owned by a portal, a franchise or a membership network, and we take no commission from any CRM. When we tell you which feed or which approach is right for your agency, there is nothing behind the answer but the work.
How we work
You speak to the people who build it
There is no call centre and no account manager. The person you talk to on the first call is the person who works on your site.
Our terms are published before you speak to us
You can read every clause of our terms of business on this site before you get in touch, including what happens if you leave.
You own what you pay for
Your website, your domain and your content are yours. If you leave, your content and your database go with you.
We say when something is not built
If your CRM is not one we connect to yet, or a feature you want does not exist yet, we will say so and tell you what it would take.

Bruce has run HIVE since 2012. He also runs Hive EPCs, a Kent energy assessment business that has worked alongside estate and letting agents since 2008, so he has spent a long time in agents’ offices.
