Terms of business

We publish these in full, before you speak to us, for the same reason we publish our prices. You should be able to read what you would be signing without asking anybody for it.

Current version

Version 1.0 — applies to all work accepted from the date shown on it.

Each proposal states which version of these terms it is issued under, and you accept that version specifically. When we change them we publish a new version at a new address and leave the old one here unchanged, so the terms you agreed to stay exactly as they were on the day you agreed to them.

Superseded versions

None yet. When there are, they will be listed here permanently.

Questions before you commit

Ask them. If something in here would stop you going ahead, we would far rather know at this stage than discover it later — and if your solicitor wants a change, say so and we will look at it properly.
