What’s included · Property search
Search that works the way people actually look.
Type a half-remembered street name and get sensible matches instead of nothing. Filter by the things buyers care about rather than the fields a CRM happens to send. And get an answer quickly on a phone, which is where most of your traffic is.
Why most agency search is worse than a portal’s
Not because portals are cleverer. Because most agency search boxes query the CRM feed directly, and a CRM feed is a list of properties rather than a searchable index.
So you get exact-match behaviour. “Whitstable Road” finds nothing because the record says “Whitstable Rd”. A misspelling returns zero results, and a zero-result page is where a visit ends — usually on a portal instead, where the same person finds your property anyway and you have paid twice for the privilege.
How ours works
Forgiving by default
Abbreviations, misspellings and partial names all resolve. “Rd” and “Road” are the same thing, and a street typed from memory still finds the street.
Never a dead end
When nothing matches exactly, the page offers the nearest things that do rather than an apology. A no-results page is a lost enquiry.
Filters that match the question
Price, beds, type and the ones agents forget — chain free, no onward chain, garden, parking, new instruction this week.
Sales and lettings kept apart
Separate searches with their own filters, because a tenant and a buyer are not looking for the same information.
Fast, because it is our index
Searches run against our own store rather than your CRM, so nothing a visitor does depends on your CRM being up, and the results come back immediately.
Shareable results
Every search has its own address, so a buyer can send one to their partner and a negotiator can send one to an applicant.
And because the index is ours, we can offer searches your CRM has no concept of — see draw-a-map search.
