Referral management software for estate agents
Refer to the conveyancing partners you already work with.
No barriers to getting your firms on board, no interference in the conveyancing itself. One request goes out to every firm on your panel. Boost tracks what the client does with the quotes, chases what goes quiet, raises the referral invoices and gets the income paid to you.

Your existing law firms, in one place
Keep referring to the solicitors you already trust. Add as many as you like to your own panel — there is no fee and no contract for them to sign.
Every referral tracked
See what has been quoted, opened, read and instructed — by branch and by negotiator — while the instruction is still live enough to act on.
More income, same relationships
Side-by-side quotes and automatic chasers convert more of the referrals you are already making. No new partners needed.
Invoicing and payment handled
We raise the self-billing invoices in line with HMRC rules, run them monthly and get the income paid to you. Nothing for your accounts team to chase.
Built for the agent, not the law firm.
Most conveyancing quote tools are law-firm software. They quote for one firm — the one paying for the licence — because that is what they are built to do. Useful to that firm. Not much use to you.
Boost is agent-centric. Your panel, your firms, as many as you want — and your client sees them priced side by side, which is what they are entitled to.
We don’t own the relationships, we don’t push our own firms at you, and we never get between you and the solicitors you already work with.
- Unlimited law firms on your panel
- One request, quotes from all of them
- Open and click tracking on every quote
- Automatic chasers by email and SMS
- Referral fee stated on the quote
- Monthly self-billing invoice run
- No onboarding fee for your firms
- Surveys and removals when you want them
What Boost does
A referral management system, and the service that goes with it. The software runs the quotes; we run the billing.
Your negotiator enters the client once. Every firm on your panel returns a price, and the client compares them on one page instead of waiting on three emails.
Law firms join your panel without a setup fee or a contract with us. The thing that usually stalls a panel is the firms, so we removed their reason to say no.
You see when a quote is opened, how long it is read for and which firm is being compared — fed back to the branch while the instruction is still live.
Automatic email and SMS follow-ups on a schedule you set, so a quote that goes quiet gets picked up rather than quietly lost to the buyer’s own solicitor.
The fee appears on the quote the client sees. That is what the rules now expect, and it stops the awkward conversation happening later.
We raise the invoice on the law firm’s behalf under a self-billing agreement, run it monthly and reconcile it. It removes an actual accounting job from your office.
You mark a matter complete and it queues for the next invoice run. We never touch the conveyancing — your firms and your client handle the transaction.
The same panel mechanism works for surveys and removals when you are ready. Most agents start with conveyancing and add the rest later.
Referral volume, conversion and fee income by branch and by negotiator, so you can see which offices are actually working the panel.
Where Boost starts and stops
Deliberately narrow. Boost runs the commercial end of the referral and leaves the legal work entirely alone.
Client details in once, priced by every firm on your panel.
Client picks a firm. Tracking, chasers and alerts until they do.
Your agent and their solicitor handle it. Boost does not interfere.
You tell Boost the matter completed. It queues for invoicing.
Self-billing invoices raised, sent and reconciled for you.
See Boost on your own panel.
Twenty minutes. Bring the firms you already refer to and we’ll show you what the quote comparison and the invoice run look like with your names on them.
