What’s included · Material information

Built to carry the information you are expected to disclose.

Tenure, council tax band, services and utilities, parking, accessibility, rights and restrictions, and known risks — each in its own field on the listing rather than buried in a paragraph of particulars.

Why structure matters more than wording

Most agency sites can technically display this information, in the sense that somebody can type it into a description box. That is not the same as being built for it.

Fielded information can be shown consistently on every listing, checked for what is missing, carried into a portal feed, and marked up for search. A sentence in a paragraph can do none of those things, and nobody can tell at a glance which of your two hundred listings are incomplete.

The direction of travel in this market is clear enough: more disclosed, earlier, in a more structured form. Building for that now is considerably cheaper than retrofitting it later across every listing you have.

What the listing can hold

Each item is a field, shown in a consistent place, with an honest “not yet known” where that is the truth — which is better for everybody than a blank space that reads as an answer.

Where it comes from your CRM, it comes across automatically and stays in step. Where your CRM has nowhere to put it, your team can add it on the site without waiting on us or on your CRM provider’s roadmap.

And because we also build i-PACKS, the information gathered up front for a property can populate the listing rather than being collected a second time.

Fielded on every listing
  • Tenure, and lease details where relevant
  • Council tax band
  • Price and any associated costs
  • Services — water, heating, electricity, broadband
  • Parking and accessibility
  • Rights, restrictions and easements
  • Known risks, including flood
  • Building safety where it applies

One thing we will be straight about

We build the site to carry this properly and to show you what is missing. What goes in the fields is yours — the duty to disclose sits with the agent, and no website can take that on. What a good one can do is make it obvious which listings are incomplete, so it is a five-minute job rather than something you find out about from a complaint.
