A valuation someone books with you, an instant online estimate, or both — each routed to whoever actually handles them. If you already use an instant valuation tool we will connect it rather than try to sell you a different one.
Booked and instant are not the same product
They catch people at different moments, and an agency that offers only one of them is missing half the market.
A booked valuation is someone who has decided. They want a person, a date and a time, and the job of the page is to remove every reason to hesitate — who is coming, how long it takes, what happens afterwards, and no obligation at the end of it.
An instant estimate is someone who has not decided. They are curious, possibly two years away, and will not speak to an agent yet. The number is not the point: the point is that you now know who they are, and you are the agency they got it from.
Offering both means the second kind becomes the first kind on your site rather than on someone else’s.
How we build it
A page, not a form in a sidebar
A proper landing page that answers what happens and why you, which is also the page your paid campaigns and your Google profile can point at.
As few questions as possible
Every extra field costs completions. We ask what you genuinely need to make contact and leave the rest for the conversation.
Routed to the right person
By branch, or by whoever covers that patch. A valuation lead sitting in a general inbox over a weekend is a valuation lead lost.
Your instant tool, connected
If you already pay for one, it belongs on your own site under your own brand rather than sending people to a third party’s page. We will wire it in.
Lettings as well as sales
A rental valuation is a different question asked by a different person. Separate route, separate wording, separate inbox.
Counted properly
Valuation requests are tracked as their own thing, so your monthly report leads with them rather than with visitor numbers.
